Water Communion

We will return to in-person worship on Sunday, September 12, for Water Communion, our annual ingathering celebration. Over the summer, think about what bit of water you would like to bring to pour into our communal bowl. Why is this water meaningful to you?

This year’s Water Communion service will take place outdoors in the sacred natural spaces of the church grounds. All are invited to bring a lawn chair, a face mask, and sun and insect protection as needed.

Indoor restrooms will be available; masks that cover the mouth and nose are required to enter the building.

We will live stream the service on our Facebook page for those who cannot be here in person.

The following Sunday, September 19, we hope to begin offering indoor worship inside of our Sanctuary again, which we will continue to record and broadcast online as well. To maximize safety, the service will be brief, and masks that cover the nose and mouth will be required of everyone inside the building, regardless of vaccination status. Social Hour will take place outdoors after the service.
