Muusika explores modern music written or adapted for Soprano and Alto voices. With influences ranging from The Weavers to Sweet Honey and the Rock to Pat Humphreys to the Justice Choir Songbook, this group has focused on music of Social Justice and community building.
Muusika rehearses in the Sanctuary on Mondays at 7:00 p.m. and sings in service several times each semester.
The ensemble is open to singers of all races, abilities, sexual orientations, and historically marginalized gender identities and expressions who wish to sing with us. If you are interested in joining Muusika, contact L. Harrison Brown, Director of Music.
