We welcome guest minister Rev. Heather Collins and our Artists in Residence, ConTempus Initiative.

Since entering the field of ministry, Rev. Heather Collins has had the privilege of preaching in UU congregations from North Carolina to Washington State, Florida to Michigan. She received a Masters of Divinity degree from Duke University in 1993 and was ordained by the UU Congregation of Gwinnett in Lawrenceville, GA and installed as their first full-time minister in 1995. Rev. Collins entered the field of Pastoral Education in 2002 and is an ACPE Certified Educator. In April 2015, after finishing a thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail with her husband, David Bowen, Heather and David moved to Saginaw, Michigan to be near family. Heather and David share their Victorian house with three dogs, a cat and the dust and debris of renovation.
